Single year niche agreement
The interpretations included in this agreement, are stated in the Terms and Conditions. This is an agreement, which incorporates the Terms and Conditions referred to in paragraph 6 below, between the Niche Owner and Mid-England Barrow Ltd whereby Mid-England Barrow Ltd agrees to make the Niche referred to available to the Niche Owner for the Period specified in consideration of the Niche Owner paying the charge set out below.
